1. Services Provided
- Clean Sweep offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to house cleaning, apartment cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, car cleaning, garden jet washing, and additional specialised cleaning services.
- All services will be performed by trained and qualified personnel using professional-grade equipment and cleaning products.
- Services will be carried out as per the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling
- Services can be booked online, by phone, or by contacting our office directly. We aim to offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs.
- A confirmed booking will specify the date, time, type of service, and estimated duration.
- While we strive to be punctual, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, weather conditions). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

3. **Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- For one-time services, full payment must be made on the day of service completion. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Recurring services may be eligible for a payment plan. If applicable, payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the service begins.
- Clean Sweep reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received as agreed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without incurring any fees.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to provide access to the property on the day of the service will result in a full charge for the service.

5. Customer Satisfaction
- Clean Sweep is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
- In cases where a re-clean does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a partial refund, based on our discretion and the specific circumstances.

6. Access to Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring Clean Sweep personnel have safe and unobstructed access to the property on the day of service. This includes providing access codes, keys, or any necessary entry instructions.
- If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the full cost of the service may be charged.

7. **Health and Safety
- Clean Sweep adheres to all health and safety regulations. Our team is trained to handle equipment and cleaning products safely.
- We ask clients to ensure a safe environment for our staff by removing any hazardous items, and by disclosing any potential risks prior to the service.

8. Liability and Damages
- Clean Sweep holds comprehensive insurance coverage for liability and accidental damage.
- In the event of damage or loss caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may arrange for repair, replacement, or compensation based on the damage.
- Clean Sweep is not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or damage due to fragile or improperly installed items.

9. Privacy Policy
- Clean Sweep respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the course of providing our services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.
- We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to complete the service or as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms of Service
- Clean Sweep reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
- Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to the services provided by Clean Sweep will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
