At Clean Sweep, we aim to provide the highest level of service to our clients. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

 1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
   - If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will offer a free re-clean of the affected areas to resolve any issues.
   - If the re-clean does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances and nature of the service.

 2. Cancellation Policy
   - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
   - Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.
   - Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund, as it is difficult to reschedule last-minute bookings.

 3. **No-Show Policy
   - If our team arrives at the property and cannot access it due to locked doors, lack of access codes, or other circumstances beyond our control, the full cost of the service will be charged.
   - We will do our best to reach you to resolve any access issues at the time of service.

 4. Refunds for Recurring Services
   - For recurring services, refunds are processed based on the terms above for individual cleanings.
   - If you decide to cancel your recurring service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the next scheduled cleaning. Any pre-paid sessions will be refunded based on the remaining number of services less any applicable discounts for previous services rendered.

 5. Special Circumstances
   - In some cases, Clean Sweep may offer additional refunds or credits at our discretion, based on individual circumstances. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction and build trust with our valued customers.
